Tbh I’ve been going consistently for 6+ years and I still stick to my basic push/pull/legs split. Learn proper form for the compound lifts and start every workout with those ie push-bench press, pull-barbell rows, legs-squat. Then practice exploring other exercises as secondary lifts. But the big compound lifts should be the “main event” with the most weight that you do first when you got the most energy/strength. Do 8-12 reps each set and do 3-4 sets with increasing weight.
Whatever makes it easier for you to stay consistent, if you’d rather stay there longer for fewer days, or for less time and more days. A lot of it is up to personal preference. Like rn I’m doing upper lower bc it just makes sense to me since I’m going 4 a week. I’d recommend watching YouTubers like trainer winny, Sean nalewanyj, flow high performance for all the other things. Winny would prolly be best for you cause he explains things very well, at least to me
