how do you guys stay motivated for the gym? i have bad depression so it comes in waves but i genuinely do like working out.

Whenever I don’t want to do something that I know is good for me, I think about how I’ll feel about it tomorrow. You may not want to in the moment, but you’ll be so much happier the next day if you went than if you had skipped. Learn to value long term satisfaction over short term satisfaction.

lowkey i got a job at a gym so it didn't feel like a choice, I also just made hella friends and the gym was a hangout venue

Wake up before everyone else, drink pre first thing and you’re guaranteed to go lift. Also go get medicated or talk to doc about changing meds.
