Lat pulldown for pulling people. Usually better suited for wrestling tho

Jump rope. Builds calves and I found BJJ/Wrestling left me heavy footed. Still builds endurance and fast twitch muscle fibers. Great for both sprint and cardio respiratory. Also you can do it anywhere so I like to jump while I cook/grill.

Or if I’m doing a road trip I can just throw a rope in the car and jump to wake up when I’m at a rest stop or gas station. You would think you look silly but people seem to get the vibe.
