23m 260lbs (250 in the pic) Thinking of starting my first Test cycle, 12 weeks 180mg split into 90 2x with tirz in the mix as well. Maybe I shouldn’t add tirz since its my first cycle. Any advice or tips? (Fwiw Ive gotten to 205lb before while natty)

Your levels are fine, which is a good good thing. If you want to hop on that train it’s your choice, but you’re 23 and making a big commitment. You can absolutely do a reasonable cycle without serious health consequences, but you’ve got to know what you’re doing. Have you looked into keep your health markers in check? Controlling estrogen? Aware of the potential (albeit unlikely) serious long term consequences? My point is, if you’re going to do it, just be well versed!

On topic, I would lose some body fat first. Higher body fat leads to more romanization = more estrogen/estrogen related side effects

180mg isn’t enough for any meaningful results. That’s basically a trt dose so if that’s what ur going for it’s fine but don’t expect crazy gains or anything. I’d also recommend getting leaner before ur first cycle instead of using it to cut since aromatization is more prevalent at higher bf% and ur unlikely to gain much muscle while cutting even on cycle unless ur blasting higher doses or more aggressive compounds. Tirz is fine though and really effective if u wanna get lean

Also what the other person said. Make sure ur really well versed before diving into gear since u never know how your body will react even on a low moderate dose. Bloodwork is non negotiable and diet and cardio needs to be locked in

I do plan in getting to around 230-220 before I started IF anything, but my biggest worry was restarting my natural production after the cycle, and if it would rlly be worth it at the dose I was recommended, for what it could do to my natural production and Estrogen levels and etc so Thank you!!🙏

I was kinda worried 180 wouldnt be much, ig im leaning more into tirz or reta, same worries with those would be the food noise coming back on heavy after I stop, but I know some people say they dont plan on stopping. Not tooo versed in Glp-1 knowledge as I am in Test (not to say I know it all I just focused on one more than the other)

That’s a good idea dude. I recommend you look at as much as you can while you consider it. Consider how you plan to keep blood pressure down, how you plan to deal with higher hematocrit, whether you know how/where to properly inject/avoid infection, etc. find out everything you’ve got to watch for and then have a plan for each of those. If you’re missing any bases, I strongly recommend against hopping on. Just want you to be safe dude!

I personally don’t plan on stopping glp since they give me no sides and are stupidly cheap if yk where to get them. It’s done nothing but improve my quality of life but as always do ur research beforehand. If I were u I’d cut down first without any test and then consider running a cycle. Also would recommend running test for longer than 12 weeks since it takes 6-8 weeks to start feeling any effects in the first place and for muscle growth to accelerate.
