Why do calisthenics athletes not try and get heavier to make their workouts harder and gain muscle weight at the same time? Like why are all of them usually skinny
The real question is why don't calisthenics athletes chop off their legs so it becomes even easier to move their bodyweight

Because if they wanted to get bigger, they’d do bodybuilding lol. Calisthenics people are usually just interested in being fit, not putting on muscle mass.
