Yall how do I get over my food issue? My parents aren’t on a diet and they keep ordering junk food that I can’t have and it’s killing me😭 how do I get over it🥲

i wouldn’t fully restrict, maybe explain to them your goals and come up with a compromise like getting junk food once a week as a treat for staying clean the other few days. if you constantly restrict yourself from what you want there’s a good chance you’re just gonna rebound and go eat all the stuff you’ve been wanting. it’s all about moderation

also find clean recipes that you really enjoy and aren’t super difficult to whip together. if you make clean meals that taste good it makes it 100x easier. another thing i do is think of what junk food i want and try to make it myself if im feeling creative
