Biggest thing is just consistency and habits. I average 5-6 days a week in the gym with cardio 4x a week. I rarely drink and when I do it’s all tequila sodas. I’m currently cutting so I’m tracking calories, but normally I just don’t buy any snacks and buy things I can make good meals with and shoot for 220 g of protein.

How do you not get hungry when cutting

I do, and it’s completely normal. The key is having willpower to ignore the hunger and plan your meals according to your day. High volume, low calorie foods like chicken breast and vegetables will get you through the day. If you absolutely have to snack make it carrots, cucumbers, or celery. If you don’t want the vegetables you’re having cravings not hunger
