I've been seeing a lot of discourse over whether or not girls need to hit chest. YES, you do!!!! You should be training ALL muscle groups, muscle imbalance is no joke

That’s ok, I feel a little embarrassed when I work on my push ups. But we all start somewhere. Also I feel like you can switch something in your split if you’re not working on arms at all. Balance yk

Or like go to a Pilates class, cuz then u can work out your arms like that. Body weight work outs are underrated fr

Just do it on arm day to start out with. If you just bench the bar 2 times a week until you add weight, it will build fasttt since you havnt really done it much before

I definitely hit arms!! And I swim which I know isn’t the same as actually lifting but I think it works chest a little bit

You don't have to bench! Work your way up to it!! I use the chest press and the pec deck :)

dumbbell bench is a good place to start if barbell is too much, and remember everyone in the gym is focused on their own workout they’re not judging u 🫰

I definitely have one or two people staring at me in the gym usually but I don’t think they’re being judgmental at least. I don’t really want my boobs to get bigger 😭 but you guys have inspired me maybe I’ll start doing dumbbell bench on my arm days and see what happens ❤️

good luck bestie!! i also will say i don’t think you’ll notice a difference in boob size unless you train it hardcore for like years lol but it’s still good to hit!
