Endorphins wore off and it’s just straight rage thinking abt how much I hate myself
Honestly this sht descends on me half the time. The other half I’m the hulk.
It’s ok I just gotta lock in lol. Always had a lot of rage but I manage it in healthy ways (currently climbing)
Gonna work out my anger on the climbing wall then have a snack
