No way I woke up at 6:45 to run and do calisthenics with a friend, did sets of 10 for pull-ups, had a healthy meal, caffeinated, and Iโ€™m still thinking about how much I hate my physique. It never ends ๐Ÿ’€

Itโ€™s ok I just gotta lock in lol. Always had a lot of rage but I manage it in healthy ways (currently climbing)
