
I do a cycle of 3 basically. So chest and triceps, back & bi, and Legs. I do abs to finish off every workout and start with 15 minutes of cardio. I take Sundays off because Sunday is for the Lord and he’s asked us to keep his sabbath day holy. For diet I’ve been mainly sticking to a low carb high calorie diet.
It’s a combo of being a lot more active than normal (i moved to a city that doesn’t require a car and I have to walk everywhere) and just tweaking my diet as well. I was really stressing about my cross country move and was stress eating to cope and gained some lbs because of it now I’m here I’m not doing that and eating consistently less and a lot cleaner too.
