I’m finally growing my glutes and filling my hips I’m not on any special diet either but I gained weight in my arms and stomach. Can anyone give me tips on how to lose my arm and stomach fat?
I’m embracing it but going through the same thing, my abs are less defined. But I feel so much more confident in jeans

unfortunately can’t spot reduce fat. some of the size on glutes and hips may be some fat. try to increase protein and decrease fats in your diet, use a calorie calculator to find your maintenance calories and aim for around there

You cant spot loose fat. You can cut and eventually reduce it in those areas

general advice is to aim for a gram of protein per pound of bw, so if you’re 130lbs get 130g protein, if you’re 200lbs aim for 200g protein
