Training for men and women is the exact same method wise, only difference being that men and women will tend to prioritize different muscle groups. Kiera Wheatley is my favorite.

I love Snitch, but she definitely isn’t your traditional beginner friendly fitness influencer, and doesn’t have a bunch of easily laid out workout stuff. Her being anyone’s first exposure to fitness is gonna get them lost.
