I would try going up. .7g x lbs minimum so try to reach for 120 g but the more the better !

calorie deficit is more important but that’s a pretty decent number

that's plenty! the recommended intake is 0.8-1.3g of protein per KG of body weight!

thank you both! some days i hit the 120s but it’s usually low 100s-110g. and does it matter how much is coming from like protein products? because i get 20g from premier protein shakes but im gonna buy protein snacks to get the extra 20

Protein wise, I don’t think it really matters. However health is important too and Whole Foods are generally more nutritious! BUT I also drink protein shakes to help reach my goals so definitely don’t feel bad for using protein products as long are your eating well balanced meals for long term health 🫶
