Runners, I would like some advice! Lost weight and got into running bc it got easier. Got my mile time down by 2.5 minutes (11:28 pace now and improving) Signed up for my first 5k in September - need advice on training/apps yall recommend for my level

Hi! I just started running too and we’re around the same pace. I use Nike Run Club, I like their guided plans. They have a plan for 5k. Runna is also a good one and you can set your race date and I’m pretty sure it’ll build a plan based on that.
