im currently taking weight loss medication to lose weight. i’ve been working out everyday, focusing on weights, etc. i met with my doctor and lost 10lbs! but the main factor i need to do is consume 100g of protein everyday, do you guys have any recs?

500g of chicken breast is 100g protein. 180g of plain nonfat greek yogurt has 18-20g protein. scoop of protein powder is 20-40g protein. if you are eating a sustainable and healthy diet, 100g protein a day should be very easy to hit

tuna! 20g per can and low cal! u could also try protein powders if ur struggling, but overall just try to have a protein source any time u eat something and you’ll be all set in no time

Thank you! It just has been reducing my appetite a lot so I haven’t been eating a lot, but I’m trying to push myself to eat! I’m recovering from an eating disorder, so it’s definitely hard, but I truly appreciate your help and I’ll keep this in mind!
