I’m a skinny guy so I don’t go to the gym but just wanted to say that I love physiques who go to the gym like I am in awe of you every time I see someone with a nice build

Don’t have to be muscled up. It’s insanely good for your health all around. Building the foundation while ur young does wonders for your body when ur in ur elder years

Well I’m not gay so I can’t give my own opinion, but I def see plenty of muscular gay men together. But whatever makes you happy. I’m just saying you should prioritize ur health over how other people view you

This is coming from a skinny guy that got into the gym. It helps so much overall with how ur body moves and works

Just get in the gym. Do lightweight with higher number of reps to tone ur body up while also building strength in ur tendons and joints. Do some cardio as well. You build urself to a nice track runner build and will greatly improve your health

Hey wtv makes you happy. I just know lifting has been insanely beneficial for me and my body. I can do things I never could do before. Plus my lady likes it so it’s overall been extremely beneficial for me so it might be beneficial for others

As a man who was that and is trying to gain weight? I think they are bitch weight and are doing nothing to improve themselves and are less of a man as they cannot protect and provide for their families. But that is because that is what I tell myself to improve myself. So I mean I’m not the best person to ask this if you want it sugar coated

And if I said that is rooted into misogyny because it’s the idea that men are supposed to be the providers and protect families

That’s a valid opinion. This is just my own opinion based on men I’ve had in my own life. The men I’ve grown up with are the men that make sure their daughters make it home safely and make sure their wives are safe when out in public looking good. This is the role I want to be able to fill for my future wife and children so this is what I attain to be within myself.

Okay just realize that your wife will be more than capable of being able to protect and provide as well

Oh I absolutely know that and realize that. I am with a very independent woman and I find that incredibly attractive. But if a larger guy tries to grab her in a bar, I want to be in a physical state to where I can defend her and make sure she is okay

That’s valid and I respect that I’m glad you realize though that she can handle things on her own too

Dude I’m lowkey fucking scared of my girl sometimes. Like she a crazy mf. She can def kick some ass but she is also like 105 lbs so I mean there is a realistic limit to her able to protect herself. So I wanna be able to fill that gap for her
