Are there any good alternatives for cable chest flys? I have been doing them for three months and have only felt it in my arms and never my chest. No matter how many videos I have looked up and advise I tried it never works.

have you tried doing single arm and holding ur pec with the other hand and telling urself to squeeze/retract the muscle on every set
