Wtf is the proper thing to do when in between sets? I’m a huge believer of not being on your phone. I usually just look around but I feel as if when I look too hard around people feel uncomfortable with me looking. I don’t stare, just look around quickly.
close your eyes or just look forward ig? you could always log your sets like #1 mentioned, set a timer and do something on your for a minute or until you’re done taking a break if you need more regulation but want to be on your phone

Takes away from the focus I have during my workouts. Social media is a huge distraction in between sets when I’m at the gym the gym is all I am thinking about

I mean, good on you ig then. I’ve never experienced losing focus or having trouble with my sets because of my phone. I usually just start my stopwatch to track my rest time, log my set in my notes app, then scroll on instagram or text until my next set
