Ladies and gentlemen, I’m trying to lose weight but can’t stay away from alcohol. Any tips on how to make sure I don’t drink on the weekends?

What works for me: Be a dick about health prioritization on weekends. If I’m planning on working out Saturday, but friends are going out and I haven’t worked out, I have prior obligations. Also learn to read nutrition labels or know roughly how many cals are in your preferred drinks. That’ll be an eye opener

Say “no alcohol for you, liver. Save your strength for when I start blasting gear” and then just don’t blast gear after

clear liquor is lowest cal and most effective
