single arm work. start with your weaker arm. say you did 8 reps, the do your other arm and stop at 8 reps
triceps: single arm push downs, over head extension
biceps: single arm preacher, db concentration curl

You’re probably not a lift for the part that’s bigger on one arm than the other if you don’t have any arm using lifts with strength differences.
