How do you balance a full time job and gym? I am out of my house from 8am-8pm 5x a week, commuting & working in retail. I’m thinking I just need to quit and do part time or just forget about the gym and keep working. Any advice?
Start with a 3 day per week routine
Two sessions on the weekends, 1 during the week

I just go straight when I wake up by my schedule is quite different from others while not in school.

Yeah that’s what I’m trying to do. I’d have to wake up at 5-5:30am and go to the gym so then I’d have to be in bed by 9-10pm to get 7-8 hrs of sleep. It’s so hard to wake up early tho 😭
