way less scary too, leg day has me dreading each set bc if you mess up you can get injured way worse so it’s harder to push to failure

Best way to avoid injury is to just use machines. Leg extension, hip ab/adductors, leg curl, and hip thrust if your gym has a booty builder. Screw free weights
