It’s ridiculous how many people get scammed into buying fitness products. Beyond basic creatine, caffeine, and maybe a multivitamin, there’s no real benefit to any supplements

Well I refuse to take them on principle but I’m not as morally opposed however I think the dosing is bad

Totally fine with caffeine as long as it’s from a natural source like coffee. Vitamins in food are obviously fine. But any sort of pharma pill / made in a lab shit goes against my be naturalist beliefs
