I used to work out everyday, looked the best I ever have. During sb I got out of my routine & it has been a struggle to get back into working out. I don’t enjoy it as much as I used to bc I’ve lost so much progress & am feeling discouraged/unconfident.

Any tips on how to stay motivated? And also about how long it would take to get back to where I was 3 months ago if I’m consistent?

For reference I’m 20 y/o female, 5’6 and currently around 118. I’ve just lost muscle definition/toning and it’s really affected my confidence and mental state recently because I worked so hard to get where I was to begin with

baby muscle memory always comes back. I felt the same way after a breakup in march and stopped going til may. As soon as I got back my body has bounced back and my muscle came back with it I promise u will be good

I had stopped working out for over a year. Getting my diet better and doing some consistent light cardio mixed with working out consistently is all it took for me to be hooked again. Once I got to see results from the first few weeks it was right back to the same old addiction. Everyone is rooting for you!

and genuinely my biggest motivation is to put time into myself and if people ever ever talk shit behind your back u need to give them something to talk about
