Respectfully bro, why cut for that long? You could be hella lean within like 4-6 weeks of an aggressive cut lol

Tbh I’ve never had to do a cut before since I’ve always had a sport that basically made the cut happen on its own. Now I don’t so I’m trying to do it on like a 50-100 cal deficit per day over a longer period
