i feel like if i were to spend years trying to get in shape just to still feel really poorly about myself because of genetics, insertions, height, face, etc. then idk if it’d be worth it :/
In a similar position but think it’s worth it bc getting in shape is something our mind can control unlike everything else

Low self esteem has nothing to do with genetics actually, some of the most attractive people also hate their bodies the most, that's how they got those bodies.

If you workout and find this out, you’ll still end up with a ton of health benefits and you’ll still feel better about yourself than you do now.
You really wouldn’t know until a couple years of working out. Don’t let yourself self sabotage and never find out.

a lot of those same attractive people are confident in themselves and don’t hate their bodies too though
