Guys quick question… I’m a beginner umm what stuff should I eat to lose fat and also what workouts. I’m 5’7…..311 pounds. 💕

There are no specific workouts that'll make you lose weight since it all comes down to calories in calories out. But lifting weights and doing moderate cardio is a good way to go. And in terms of eating just cut down your calories (to a reasonable amount don't starve yourself)

Eat less and track everything. Start eating more protein. Also track what you drink. People are notorious for being like I don’t eat that much but drink 1500cals worth of shit

start by walking more, getting more steps in per day ~10,000. Eat less, and eat less calorie dense foods. Gradually increase the intensity of your workouts, from walking to incline treadmill, incline treadmill to stairmaster, etc.
