
Like I ate close to 5k calories yesterday and drank some alcohol and didn’t get all of my steps in. Am I crying about it? Is all of my hard work gone? Fuck no. I’m gonna eat a lot less today, about 1500 calories, just hit my protein and micronutrient goals, and i’m gonna get my steps in. Then tomorrow, we’re back on track with the normal diet plan and hitting the gym. It is OKAY to have a little bit of fun on holidays. I workout to be healthy and jacked, not to sweat off fun forever.
