To everyone in the comments that says no, the gym and fitness are meant to ENHANCE your life, not restrict it. If you can’t go a little bit crazy on a holiday, you’ve lost the plot. Also, a single day will NOT hurt you. Just get back to it tomorrow. God.

Like I ate close to 5k calories yesterday and drank some alcohol and didn’t get all of my steps in. Am I crying about it? Is all of my hard work gone? Fuck no. I’m gonna eat a lot less today, about 1500 calories, just hit my protein and micronutrient goals, and i’m gonna get my steps in. Then tomorrow, we’re back on track with the normal diet plan and hitting the gym. It is OKAY to have a little bit of fun on holidays. I workout to be healthy and jacked, not to sweat off fun forever.
