If ur under 2 years in the gym u don’t know ur weak points yet just keep training everything equally for now

Since you are still new you won’t really know your weak points for another year or so since everything is so to speak a “weak point” All your muscles still have tons of growth potential left so it’s hard to tell weak points early.
