Get in as many calories as possible. Make sure to eat enough protein. Don’t restrict yourself from anything. If your goal is to gain weight, just eat. Once you’ve got that weight on you, then start really going with the gym. I used to be SO skinny and I just focused on eating and now I’m at my dream body that I wanted when I first started.
