I feel like I’m seeing some muscle definition in my tricep/shoulder but I’m not sure if I’m being delusional 😅 I don’t train them as often as I should tbh which is why I’m a bit skeptical. Anyway drop your thoughts and your best exercises

nah i mean it looks good i can see distinct shoulder separation and the beginning of strong tricep development as well

I see it! I love lateral raises and incline shoulder presses. Also single arm tricep pull downs
