To clarify, I’ve been in the gym for now about 4 months, but I’m not new to the gym at all (there was a time about2 yrs ago that I went about 4x a week for over a yr). Ive gotten into powerlifting and have just accidentally been bulking for abt 2 mnths. I am just looking to slim down in the waist area mainly to fit comfortably into a formal dress in less than a month 😭

Did you mean to type ‘eat less than you burn’ bc from my understanding you are telling them to have -net calories for the day or I’m just misinterpreting

I feel like you should clarify it’s about total calories burned, BMR + exercise, not solely exercise 😭Bc it sounds like you’re saying to eat less than what you burn in the gym (mainly bc it seems like OP is new to the gym+there are so many stigmas ab female gym dieting yk)
