Any girls have any tips for working out chest (I am not blessed in that department), I feel like it could look weird if I do it wrong but I am pretty lean and gain muscle easily so it’d be visible and I wanna do it right

Just do you don’t worry about looking weird, as long as you don’t use steroids or peptides, etc. it’s pretty hard to accidentally look strange or too muscular/masculine

personally I love benching. but I would start with some other chest exercises before starting benching. I found this helped me have a bit more stability when I started benching for the first time

my selection of chest movements are bench, db bench, paused db bench, incline db bench, dips, pec flys, db flys, and some varied cable flys. I hit about 3 each time I train chest (2x a week for me) and every month I change some of the chest exercises for another from my list above :) hopefully this makes sense, it may not work for everyone but it has been helping me with my bench which is my main goal rn!!

I spam bench, incline db bench, and chest flys 2x a week with occasional changes if I get bored. For bench I go heavy one chest day and do volume the other day, my one rep max was 115 in september and now I can do 190 for 2! I’m fat asf tho so that probably helped my bench progression lol

hey I’m in like the same spot as you! very flat and have a lean chest, I started benching a couple months ago after avoiding it for that reason previously. I do see a little definition. like a couple horizontal lines in the very middle of my chest, and a verrryy slight vertical shadow in the middle. so it will be a little visible probably. if you wanna specifically target lower pecs thatd be your best bet to avoid that. and keep in mind muscle will go away if you stop training it

you can do dips, pec flys, even just push ups wider stance will get some work in!

As a guy I would say incline db press and chest flies would be plenty

You really have to be careful. One too many sets of chest and you might accidentally turn into prime show ready Coleman

so if you ever feel like its too much, just stop training chest or train less. nobody magically maintains muscle without working for it

okok thank you!! I’m not too worried about the muscle being visible just more like displacing the fat/breast tissue that’s there since it’s already very little and kinda placed weird cus I have a weird ribcage. but that’s super helpful, are there any lower pec exercises you’ve tried that you like?
