I changed absolutely nothing abt my diet and I’ve been losing 2 lbs a week then suddenly after weighing 160lb last Friday, on Sunday I was 162 and stuck at it. I increased my intensity and weight and now I’m still at 162

Could just be waterweight, if you’re eating the same amount of calories and doing the same amount of cardio the last two weeks you’re fine. Don’t sweat it too much
