Would it be helpful to do calf raises more often than just on leg day? I hit legs 1-2 days a week and I’m pretty happy with my thighs but I want my calves a little bigger? Thinking of just adding calf raises onto 1-2 other days. 21m

Calves don't really respond noticeably better to higher frequencies than any other muscle. You can get the best stimulus for a muscle group by working it at the beginning of a workout, but as long as you're doing enough volume and increasing the weight over time, you're just gonna be limited by your genetics

aim to train a muscle 2-3 times a week. for me personally i do two sets 3x a week, MWF
