Sometimes I make a dedicated day for them and sometimes hit one or the other after my lift

i try and make it part of it. i do abs and core before my lift and cardio after. for abs i usually just do two exercises so im not there forever 😪

I personally despise cardio and cannot stand doing it for more than like 10 minutes so what I do is just break it up into like 3-4 10 minute sessions over the day instead on one longer session
