Well are you increasing weight? Do weights feel smoother to move? Are you more comfortable in your environment? Are you adapting your lifts every 4-6 weeks to check progress?

i donโ€™t really keep track of how heavy i lift i just pick up what feels comfortable that day but i feel like it gets heavier a little. and wdym by adapting ?

Like going from a single arm dumbell incline bench to a double arm incline to a single arm flat bench to a double arm flat bench. Like adding in or restricting dimensions to progress in more ways than reps or weights
