
I’m the same way and it’s good to take your time and I’m gonna get so much hate for this, but, what I’ve been doing is trying to lose the most I can per week. Like I’m obese and 4’ 11” so I try and lose 2 lbs a week in reality it’s more like 1.6lbs but just seeing that number go down so much every week makes me need to go to the gym and it motivates me so much that I can’t skip the gym any day or else I regret it big time
