Lately I’ve been eating better and tracking my calories. been pretty great with steady progress. Typically I’m really good at eating my food and have been making the same foods (meal prepped) for the whole week. Lately I haven’t been motivated to eat. ⬇️
Even after an intense workout. I do, of course but this is a new feeling that I’m not used to. As anyone else experienced this. I’m almost having to choke these foods down. Im on a cut but it feels like a bulk
