You don’t need to be a certain gender to take creatine and “glut specialists” are scams if you want a big ass just spam squats and rdls

because they’re trying to take advantage of less experienced female lifters. There’s no difference between creatine for women and the regular one (besides the price).. plus I’ve seen about 3 of them who lied about getting a bbl😬

exactly, just train smart and hard.. you could honestly use a man’s split (like rjewers or mundy) and adjust it to your preference
