(Girl) Trying to lose face fat. I’m fit as I’ve done gymnastics and track but I’m not toned. I know a calorie deficit or a sugar cut is probably the way to go but it there a less intense option.(any suggestions)

Well a calorie deficit is the only way to lose fat, but it also doesn't have to be intense.

Lymph massaging honestly does a lot. There’s a lot of ways to do it too, doesn’t require buying anything

It could be face bloat. I would recommend, if you’re eating a lot of junk or sugar, to limit it—you can still have some, of course. Also, find a debloat cocktail that works for you. A genuine calorie deficit will help too, because you can’t target face fat specifically. I carry a lot of fat in my face but little in my arms and legs; it’s mostly genetic.
