Cable flys and incline bench. You might not feel it immediately but they work. If you can, do incline bench until failure and drop weight each set with a buddy to spot.

I tend to feel my chest best in a stretched position, so for me that's going really deep on incline press with dumbbells. The easiest way to practice feeling it without weights is to arch your back like you would on a bench (you can do this while sitting or standing) and try to press your forearms together, mainly your elbows. Touching elbows together at higher and lower spots will help you feel upper and lower chest more or less.
