Really bad at remembering to log water, it’s probably a lot more.

What app is this?? And is it free or do you have to pay?

MyNetDiary, I use it free, but it has a premium option that is pretty dang cool. Also if you’re getting into it, my advice is take it slow, I started logging a few days a week, then all days, then water, then exercise, steps are automatic. It lets you set goals and gives you tips about what’s missing in your diet too.

Also how long did it take you to lose that much if I may ask? I’m not looking to lose much weight just 25lbs

I started 1 and 8 months ago, you should look at about 2/3 months, probably a little longer if you’re not used to dieting and exercise. Just make sure you take it step by step, if you try to make all your meals perfectly healthy all at once or add too much change to your routine at once, it will make it much harder.
