Does anyone have advice for starting my fitness journey? I’m a college student and weigh almost 300 pounds. I’m in the max amount of credit hours, so my free time is minimal. I just want to feel pretty again, but it’s so hard to be motivated.

Something that worked for me is to force myself to talk to the gym, building a routine to include the gym. Eventually you’ll be addicted to the gym

Honestly you could start by just going on walks, choosing to take stairs instead of elevators, etc

walk EVERYWHERE. get an apple watch, track your steps. get a digital scale, track your weight. download a food tracking app, track your calories.

It took me awhile to build up the confidence to go to the gym. I started with walks, got more into at home workouts, and now go to the gym almost everyday. So far lost 80lbs. I feel like consistently building the habit is the most important part.

That’s incredibly unsustainable though 😭. I’ve tried starving myself but my issue is I have the opposite eating disorder LMAO

1000 calories a day isn't enough for a 5'0 100lb woman, forget about someone who is 300lbs, you're either a moron or a troll..

Just so you're aware toddlers need between 1,000-1,400 calories a day
