Push things horizontally and vertically, pull things horizontally and vertically, curl things with one and two arms, and control your eccentric. Eat a lot of food. It doesn’t matter what it is if you do it consistently, with good form, and for your purposes within an 8-12 rep range

I personally love to do preacher curls or wide curls. I also really like to do a curling circuit. Wide curls then normal curls then hammer curls. Don’t quote me on this but I’m pretty sure that works out every part of the novel
