If I'm working out on a popular machine and offer you to work in with me, and you decline. DO NOT STAND 3 FEET AWAY FROM ME AND STARE DIRECTLY INTO MY SOUL FOR THE REST OF MY TIME ON THE MACHINE.

My reason is never cuz the person seems dirty or anything I just feel guilty cuz I take two minutes between sets and don’t want the other person waiting for longer than what might make sense to them. Also half the time I ask cuz I just want to estimate if I should wait for the machine or go to another one and then come back.

I take 3 min breaks and i verbalize that each time so they dont gotta wait on me
