I would say that you need to find a reason for it. Or at least make one. Doing it for health reasons is something that doesn’t last for many people unless its a health issue that already began. I would say that u gotta get powerlifting or bodybuilding goals. Or at least weight loss/gain goals of some sort. Set unrealistic goals for urself too because aiming for a goal you’ll most likely never get will make you keep pushing to reach it as long as you yourself believe it’s possible
try something you hate less. i didn't like lifting til i started doing low rep heavy weight sets. try doing a bare minimum plan too - i did 3 days a week, 3 exercises only. if you hate cardio don't do it for now. play music you like. it helped me to think of it as a favor to my future self
