Is it normal to be constantly stressing about food while bulking or am I just insane. Literally 80% of my thoughts throughout the day is what am I going to eat later to hit my calorie goal. Hate bulking.

Having your meals be super appetizing and having stuff prepped in advance can mitigate that but it's somewhat normal
