There is a site where you can plug in whatever ingredients you want to see the calorie count. I literally swapped all of the food I ate with healthier options and it has made it so much easier. You don’t have to completely restrict, just be mindful

Yay! I would suggest doing high protein, low calorie options. Fruit is also great for volume eating and helping you stay hydrated. My favorite go to is the core power milkshake protein, I add a tbsp of the caramel brownie creamer or whichever one I have. It’s like chocolate milk and helps you feel full and hit protein goals. I also take blonde expresso powder and mix it into and hot water. I add it to the core power and creamer to have as a coffee. You can still have Starbucks too-

120 calories max. I eat it with a fork usually and it curbs a lot of my cravings. I couponed a lot to save money my first year and still do some. Look up Publix couponing buddy for the weekly deals. I keep an eye on it every week

I’m in college right now and don’t have a kitchen in the dorm but I have been trying for high protein low cal eggs and some fruit for breakfast and for lunch/dinner if I cant find anything that I feel is worth the calories I just skip the meal and go off to find some chicken later

Fair. My dorm did have a kitchen when I lived on campus. An air fryer would be a good investment then. I use mine just about every day. They do have the core power things at the student center if you do want to try them. The Chobani flips are great. Publix has a lot of great options. They also have BOGOs so I would keep an eye out for them. I think it might end today but the veggies made great muffins are BOGO. I love those and put some zero sugar chocolate pillsbury frosting on them. It’s like-

They don’t let us have anything that can produce heat so even an air fryer is out of the question

Technically. Not that I am suggesting it but I did have one and just hid it when we had room inspections. They quite literally told us to. I did have it in my room once and set the fire alarm off because I made bacon in it. I’d suggest not doing that but in the kitchen area should be fine
