for any other tall guys (i’m 6,4 160) how long did it take yall to get a pretty good frame, i’ve been going since september and i feel like i barely noticed a huge difference

I’m 6’4 200 lean. It took like 4 years w creatine + college sports to get big (220lbs) and cut down to 200lbs. This process started right around 160lbs too

DO NOT do plain chicken and rice that is so dumb. Make some juicy chicken thighs w barbecue or whatever u actually enjoy. Put that ish on sandwiches or quesadillas ur honestly just trying to gain weight rn

Also, Dave’s Killer bagels got 12g of protein and put some avacado on one and peanutbutter on another w some honey and you can have that as a snack. Also drink great a protein item everyday to fill the gap. If ur farts aren’t absolutely rancid it’s not enough protein. Sleep well and go hard in gym and u will get big.

thanks so much, rn i’m also doing a 1400 calorie shake every night that i make, its tastes honestly really good and thats got me up 10 pounds so far in only about a month and a half along with eating more, i actually started at 150
